Finance Business PartnerLocation: RemoteContract Type: Full-time, PermanentTrinity House Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-academy trust for a talented Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting educational excellence through financial leadership. The RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you'll lead financial operations across a group of academies, working closely with Headteachers and Education Directors to shape budgets, monitor performance, and drive financial sustainability. You'll provide insightful analysis, ensure compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Lead budget planning and financial forecasting
* Produce monthly management accounts and performance reports
* Advise on financial strategy and scenario planning
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
* Build strong relationships with academy leaders and stakeholders
* Line manage and develop the finance hub team
What We're Looking For
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, including business partnering
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
* Passion for education and public service
