Location: Aberdeen
Shift: 5 days over 7 | 8:30am - 16:30 (8-hour shift)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of a national transport and logistics company in Aberdeen for a reliable Administrator to join their team.
This role provides crucial administrative support to the transport and operations teams, helping to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organised workspace
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organising documents
Support operational teams with reporting, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
Help maintain compliance and accurate documentation across transport and logistics processes
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Reliable, proactive, and able to prioritise competing tasks
