Description
The Digital Experience Assistant is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team.
This role involves providing key administrative coordination for managing and developing digital experiences across websites, microsites, and internal hubs.
Main responsibilities include uploading and publishing content, images, and collateral to digital sites, ensuring all content is on-brand, compliant, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing support for digital estate management for colleagues across departments.
2. Upload and publish content, images, and assets on digital channels such as the DACB website, microsites, and internal hubs.
3. Support firm-wide marketing and business development campaigns by optimizing and monitoring landing pages and microsites.
4. Work closely with the in-house design team to ensure digital platforms are brand compliant and branding themes are correctly applied.
5. Assist in optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience and create best-in-class digital journeys.
6. Gather data for web analytics reports using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
7. Assist with implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
8. Suggest ideas for the optimization and improvement of digital channels.
9. Conduct website audits and quality assessments regularly.
10. Manage Google My Business accounts as needed.
11. Ensure uploaded content complies with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
12. Handle confidential information in line with data security protocols.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) for uploading content and creating digital experiences.
2. Strong organizational skills and interest in digital channels, user experience, website management, and analytics.
3. Good interpersonal skills for engaging with colleagues across UK and international offices.
4. Basic analytical skills with willingness to learn advanced skills in Excel, web analytics, heat mapping, and SEO tools.
5. Understanding of digital accessibility and W3C guidelines.
6. Knowledge of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms.
7. Basic understanding of web optimization, SEO, and digital touchpoints.
8. Willingness to learn and utilize technology to enhance digital visibility and engagement.
9. Ability to work professionally with external suppliers.
10. Experience with process management and risk mitigation to ensure quality and consistency.
