Job Description
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but here’s a flavour of what your role could include:
* Preparing meals, sharing a cuppa, and offering friendly companionship.
* Helping with light housework, medication, or popping to the shops together.
* Offering compassionate support with personal care, ensuring dignity and independence.
* Driving clients to appointments or local outings – making everyday life a little easier.
You’re not just helping with daily tasks, you’re bringing joy, reassurance, and connection into someone’s life.
What We Offer
* An enhanced pay rate of £12.60 per hour.
* Double pay on bank holidays and Christmas day.

Training and Development
* Full, paid induction – three days of friendly, in-office training sessions to get you confident and ready.
* Ongoing support to help you settle in and succeed.

Qualifications
A Bit About You
* Kind, reliable, and have a passion for helping others.
* A driver with access to car is required.
* Able to work at least 4 consecutive days per week, including alternate weekends.
* Can provide two professional references.
* Willingto undergo a DBS check.
* Must have the right to work in the UK (we’re not currently able to offer sponsorship).
Shifts Available
* Morning shift: 8.00 – 14.00 (perfect for early birds!)
* Evening shift: 16.00– 22.00 (ideal to those looking for flexible hours!)
