Role Description
A full-time Internal Business Development Executive based at our Bourne End location. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling technical customer inquiries, preparing quotations and providing excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day interactions with customers and managing customer accounts to drive business growth.
Qualifications
* Inside business development / sales
* Experience in preparing quotations and managing customer accounts
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar technical sales role would help but is not essential
* 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and Sciences essential
