We're currently looking for a Resident Services Associate to support the Resident Services Manager in the day-to-day operations of our Build to Rent development at The Point in central Aberdeen. Working Pattern (Rolling rota) Hours: a combination of 7am to 4pm & 10am to 7pm Shifts: 4 days on, 2 off What you will do: Provide the highest level of customer service to our residents and guests at The Point, representing Dandara Living as one of the first points of contact. Assist with Parcelsafe deliveries and collections for our busy residential community. Handle resident and guest enquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Manage bookings for resident amenity spaces, including communal lounges and event areas. Conduct move-in appointments, inventories, and meter readings for new residents. Perform mid-term inspections and ensure homes and communal areas are well cared for. Log maintenance issues and coordinate with the team for prompt resolutions. Manage key distribution and replacements. Maintain communal spaces, ensuring they are clean, presentable, and welcoming. Keep vehicle parking records and assist with resolving noise or behaviour-related complaints. Update site-wide communications and the residents' portal with relevant information. Support with open days, resident events, and community-building activities. Carry out routine security walks. Collaborate with the wider team to support additional shifts when required. Record inventory feedback and escalate any concerns for resolution. What you will have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experience with booking or database systems. A strong understanding of on-site health and safety. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications are desirable, though training will be provided.
