YoullbeworkingonarangeofinnovativeSportsRecoveryTechnologyproducts,supportinginboundfreight,productmanagement,qualityassurance,andoperationaldocumentation.
Thisroleactsasakeybridgebetweenproductsourcing,customerservice,andoperationshelpingtoensureourproductsmeetthehigheststandardsthroughouttheirlifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Takepointonproductdocumentation,ensuringinternalknowledgebasesareaccurateandcurrentduringproductdevelopment.
LiaisebetweenCustomerService,ProductSourcingteams,andsupplierstoidentify,raiseandresolveproductqueriesandfaults.
Maintainfaulttracking,spottrendsinfaultdata,andsupportcorrectiveactionfollow-through.
Supporttheteamwithinboundlogisticsbytrackingshipments,assistingwithfreightcoordination,andkeepingETAsuptodate.
Coordinatedeliverybooking-inwithUK&EUwarehouses,flaggingdelays,shortages,ordiscrepanciesearly.
Supportshipping/inbounddocumentationtoensuresmoothwarehouseintake.
MaintainorganiseddigitalrecordsinGoggleDriveforeasycross-teamaccess.
