Job Description:
This is a temporary role until November, offering full-time hours (36 per week) at £14.74 per hour.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all activities within the recruitment team. Your duties include reviewing requests relevant to your area, coordinating responses, communicating progress to clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring service quality. Good technical writing skills are essential for preparing documentation and following up on downstream processes. You will manage the filing and storage of documentation to ensure compliance with data privacy and legal requirements. Additionally, you will initiate and follow up on activities with third-party vendors, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, produce and analyze reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
