Your role will involve providing practical and emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions, working within our units with a small group of adults and a supportive staff team.
You will make a significant difference by assisting with:
* Supporting clients to access and engage with their local community
* Accompanying them to appointments, walks, activity programs, etc.
* Budgeting
* Enhancing living skills
* Providing evening meals from a set menu
* Crisis and care planning
