The Risk Management function is critical to Enstar, structured into various risk towers including cyber risk. The Cyber Security Risk Analyst supports processes to identify, assess, treat, and monitor/report on the risk profile, liaising with third parties and tracking findings to remediation. The role also supports Management Committee activities related to Information Security, Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence.
What you will be doing:
* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and manage risks, supporting the Enterprise Risk Management program.
* Maintain risk and control register and GRC framework to reflect current risks.
* Use risk profiles and data to develop dynamic cybersecurity risk information within Enstar's ERM program, providing a comprehensive view of risks for strategic decisions.
* Monitor the cyber environment for new risks and review mitigation strategies, ensuring adaptation to evolving threats and tracking remediating actions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the cyber risk program by developing and analyzing relevant metrics.
* Maintain relationships with IT, Security Operations, and Compliance to understand the impact of cyber risk on business processes.
* Support risk and management forums, including agenda and material development on emerging risks.
* Review third-party security assessments from a second-line perspective.
* Assist with Cyber Incident Desktop and Red Team testing as appropriate.
What you will bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in a security-related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
* Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
* Knowledge of compliance frameworks like CIS Critical Controls, NIST SP800, ISO27001.
* Understanding of cyber risk management practices within ERM frameworks and familiarity with GRC applications.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience in Risk Management or similar roles for 3+ years.
* Experience with security tools and technologies.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high sense of responsibility.
