What we need from you:
NVQ 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Excellent at building rapport with clients and customers
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
A team player
What the role involves:
You will be working with the team to create awarm,welcoming,andpersonableatmospherefor all clients. Other duties include:
Use yourskillsandknowledgetocommunicateand treat clients, recommending treatmentsandproducts that will solve their beauty problems
Support the team by ensuring the salon isalways looking it's bestwhilst following company cleaning policies
Build aprofessional rapportwith your clients
Supportthereceptionteam with their duties
Manage stocklevels within your treatment room
Use yourinitiativeto ensure the salon runs smoothly
Work with the therapist team tocreate new treatmentsand continually improve our existing treatments
Use the computer system to make bookings
Salary: Competitive, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Hours: Flexible - min of 16 hrs, working up to 37 hours per week, over 5 days, which includes working on a Saturday.
