Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Childrens Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Childrens Residential or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting Driving Licence is essential Salary: £48,000
- £51,500 negotiable working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
