What You'll Need PhD or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related scientific field Minimum of 6 years' (Master’s) or 10 years' (PhD) experience in applying advanced statistical methods within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or healthcare research Extensive knowledge of pharmacokinetics (PK) with proven experience in PK trial design and analysis Strong programming skills in SAS; R knowledge is a plus Experience in designing and analyzing Phase I-III clinical trials, including biomarker, PK/PD, and potentially AI/ML applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment Excellent communication skills to articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders Nice To Have Skills Biomarker background Experience with drug-drug interactions, renal/hepatic impairment studies Programming expertise in R Familiarity with AI/ML techniques Experience in oncology, cell, or gene therapy research Prior exposure to global regulatory interactions Preferred Education And Experience PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience, or MSc with at least 9 years of experience Proven track record in leading or contributing to pivotal clinical trials and regulatory submissions Experience working in a pharma environment or within integrated sponsor-CRO partnerships Other Requirements Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or site visits Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient-centric research and scientific excellence Embark on this exciting journey to lead impactful projects at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
