We are currently looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our team in Warrington, UK, with open travel opportunities and long stays, without the need to relocate.
What is the role about?
As a Project Engineer at IPS, you will be responsible for planning and managing a wide range of work packages and projects, from small improvements to large-scale initiatives. Your role involves collaboration with the Project Team, applying IPS’s project management methodology, and utilizing advanced tools to support our clients' objectives.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall schedule, procurement strategy, financial planning.
* Project preparation: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, procurement.
* Project realization: project management, detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning, and operational management.
Who are you?
* 100% mobility, open to frequent travel and long stays, including an on-site assignment for approximately one year, based mainly in Warrington, UK.
* Engineering degree or certificate, preferably in Civil Engineering.
* Interest or experience in Project Management or as a Project Engineer.
* 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong construction site experience or interest.
* Knowledge of project realization phases.
* Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
* Languages: Native English. French is a plus.
* Valid driving license.
* Permanent contract.
