Key needs from you and the role; Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Health & Social Care department. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of lecturers and support staff, promoting a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks and quality processes. Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and contribute to successful Ofsted outcomes. Use data effectively to monitor performance, raise attainment, and enhance student experience. Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations. Champion safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
