We are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join our expanding operations team. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out landscaping duties including turfing, planting, mulching, fencing, and groundwork.
* Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and client policies on-site.
* Represent the company professionally at all times through personal conduct and appearance.
* Follow instructions from team leaders or supervisors and contribute to team goals.
Person Specification
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to delivering high standards.
* Ability to take instructions, work collaboratively, and maintain focus on detail.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
* Positive attitude and pride in personal and team performance.
Requirements
* Previous landscaping experience is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided.
* Full UK driving licence (ideally with no more than 3 penalty points).
* CSCS card (company can assist with this).
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:00pm (45 hours per week).
* Overtime paid at time and a half for any hours beyond your contracted hours.
* Completion bonuses and profit share available based on performance.
