In this role, You will assess and training students from level 1 to 3 and support their practical development and portfolio work. You will help them achieve their qualifications. You will work closely with teaching teams and learners to ensure progress and high standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will be a Plumbing and Heating (or Gas) engineer with a broad range of experience across domestic, commercial and industrial environments. You will be a strong team player with a genuine passion for supporting and developing the next generation of plumbers.

The Role:
*Assess and support students on Plumbing and Heating programmes
*Support learners with portfolio and evidence building
*One evening per week required (with time given back during the week)

The Person:
*Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating or Gas
*Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English
*Strong industry background (commercial and domestic experience welcome)
*Confident, empathetic, and comfortable working with young people
