Medicine Regulatory Manager Vacancy closing date: 22nd May 2024 Recruitment Partner: Laura Taylor As a Medicine Regulatory Manager, you will be joining a team of experienced and best in class Regulators to facilitate the delivery of Boots Own Branded licensed medicines to the UK market. You will report into the Lead Safety & Regulatory Manager for Healthcare, and will use regulatory expertise, intelligence and technical information to maintain and deliver licensed medicines portfolio for Boots. About the role You will work closely with a cross functional team using regulatory expertise to deliver and maintain a compelling and differentiated Boots licensed medicine range and input into relevant activation, marketing and service initiatives You will stay at the forefront of changing regulation and steer the Boots licensed medicine regulatory strategy in line with business direction, navigating complex regulations to drive competitive advantage and maintain legal compliance You will manage regulatory intelligence and provide expert advice to the business on the applicable regulations You will be a key point of contact for Authorities and Trade Associations on licensed medicine matters You will work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to provide expert insight on Regulation of trends, as well as marketing strategies You will communicate complex and technical information to wide stakeholder groups, in an effective and engaging way What you'll need to have Life Sciences degree or equivalent Demonstrated licensed medicine regulatory track record with UK and EU experience Experience in lifecycle management and maintenance of licensed medicines Experience working on NPD projects in complex borderline areas Experience across CMC, labelling and product information development and updates Great communication skills; coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and develop positive stakeholder relationships Proactive self-starter with a resolution driven attitude You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt priorities to the business requirements effectively It would be great if you also have Experience working in own label supply / distribution Experience of other regulatory classifications A wider understanding of both quality and pharmacovigilance practices Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
