We are looking for a MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Warehouse Trainer who will be responsible for ensuring warehouse staff are properly trained on the safe and effective use of MHE, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment.
What does the role entail?
* Identify, co-ordinate, and conduct all warehouse training requirements
* Produce and update training materials and packages
* Organise and deliver effective training events both in the classroom and on the job
* Conduct on-the-job inductions for new colleagues into the business
* Review, identify, plan, and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site
* Monitor and review training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
* Develop a culture of respect and high performance
* Promote DHL core values and act as a role model for teams and individuals
* Perform all the induction training for new colleagues
What do we need from you?
* Train the trainer qualification (MHE Certified RTITB or ITSSAR or equivalent)
* Wider skill set including inbound & outbound picking, loading, unloading trailers, Tc57 scanners
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
* Able to deal with competing demands in a busy environment
* Experience and knowledge in WMS - desirable
* Availability to work Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend and holiday cover
