Overview
Director / Lead Physiotherapist at TheBodymechanics. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic physiotherapist with a special interest in Pelvic Health to join our Pelvic Health Hub in Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to help shape pelvic health care, with scope to integrate with other health professionals to create an exceptional service. The team provides first-rate treatment to engaged, proactive clients and employs a biomechanical and biopsychosocial approach with advanced clinical reasoning.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality physiotherapy care with a focus on pelvic health, including assessment and treatment.
* Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists; contribute to the development of pelvic health services within the hub.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to offer holistic, integrated care.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to internal and external CPD activities.
* Maintain excellent patient communication and outcomes, with evidence-based practice.
Qualifications and Skills
* MSK band 5/6/7 physiotherapist with at least 2 years of experience, preferably private practice experience.
* POGP course attendance and experience in pelvic health assessment and treatment.
* CSP and HCPC registered.
* Strong skills in pelvic assessment/treatment, manual therapy and exercise prescription.
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Working Arrangements
* Flexible – part-time or full-time hours, self-employed or employed basis.
* Structured regular training and ongoing CPD support (internal and external courses) with protected learning time.
* In-clinic or remote work options available depending on role requirements.
