What Youll Be Doing
Youll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams.
Youll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
* Previous experience of managing employees within a targeted call centre environment
* Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks internally
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and self-motivation
* Able to make important decisions and day to day decisions without referral.
