Key Responsibilities
* You’ll work directly with the Owner/Director, defining and implementing the broking strategy and contributing to the overall business plan.
* You’ll shape how the broking function evolves, technical oversight, standards & performance.
* You’ll still have hands‑on influence with insurers and underwriters, maintaining and strengthening key relationships, negotiating terms, coverage and pricing.
* You’ll elevate a good team into a great team, coaching, developing, mentoring.
* You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering commercial and operational excellence across all classes of business.
What you will bring
* Strong UK commercial insurance background
* Expertise across Commercial Combined & Property Owners
* Solid broking experience
* Leadership experience in a broking or placement function
Working hours: Monday to Friday
