Roles & Responsibilities
* Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
* Research and identify key decision-makers across target organisations, including Procurement, Operations, and Sustainability teams
* Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers
* Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (HubSpot), ensuring all activity and data is up to date
* Manage and develop a pipeline of leads through structured and consistent outreach
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a customer-facing role with an aptitude for sales
* Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
* Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working towards KPIs
