With impressive builds across a variety of sectors including leisure, residential & hospitality, this firm now requires a Fit Out Manager to oversee the day-to-day internal package of an ongoingmercial project in Greater Belfast.
Your new role
As Fit Out Manager, you will join the team on an ongoing hotel development in Greater Belfast. You will be responsible for the supervision of all internal trades. Duties will include regular planning, progress reporting alongside the organisation and management of all on-site personnel, delegating tasks and ensuring all health and safety is adhered to. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality. In order to carry out this role effectively, it is expected you will have excellent technical experience, be able to liaise with Senior Management and be able to effectively track progress against project deadlines. Duties will also include carrying out inspections, quality control and snagging. This is initially a temporary role with potential for permanent employment upon successfulpletion of the initial project. This project will bemencing in early 2026 with plenty of notice.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Fit Out Manager, previous experience in a supervisory role managing multiple trades within the fit-out sector is essential, with a trade in joinery preferred. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor)/CSCS or SMSTS registered to be considered successful for this role. As the scheme is located in Greater Belfast, you must be based within amutable distance. You will be required to work nightshifts; therefore, you must be flexible with shift patterns. There is potential for further works in addition to this contract with a range of uing schemes across NI & beyond. You will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and excellentmunication skills.
