Salary Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£28,624 to £31,067 Full Time Equivalent), subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £24,729.11.
The Elland Academy is looking to appoint two Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our academy as soon as possible, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As an HLTA, you will complement teachers’ delivery of the curriculum and contribute to the development of support staff, pupils, and academy policies. You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, assist in planning, and manage resources. You will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, support pupils and staff to raise achievement, and encourage independent learning. You will also support pupil welfare and inclusion.
