The successful candidate will be have a strong pastoral background, with proven experience of how they have made an impact on data and processes relating to student behaviour and able uphold and continue to develop a well embedded culture of behaviour and attitudes across the academy. You will be leading a well-established team of Year Leaders and Pastoral Managers, offering support, mentoring and advice and guidance where needed and undertake responsibilities as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
