Role responsibilities
Lead the creation and delivery of business development and marketing strategies
Build and strengthen referral networks across healthcare, local authorities, and partner organisations
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to support service growth
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and events to increase visibility
Manage and develop a small team to achieve high performance
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
