Job Description:
The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse activities and maintaining a high level of service to customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure correct receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods within productivity and budget constraints, maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.
Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry, understanding of business and operational aspects of depot warehouse management. General knowledge of transport functions is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes is required.
