Due to continued success and expansion our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their dedicated team based in Newark.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Prepare and draft wills, LPAs, trust documents and probate applications
* Support the administration of estates
* Advise clients on private client matters including trusts and lasting powers of attorney
* Liaise with external stakeholders, executors, beneficiaries and financial advisers
* Ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth progression of all matters
* Correspond with clients to provide updates on case developments, timelines and associated costs
* Research and analyse legal documents, regulations and case law to support the accuracy of advice
Skills & Experience
* Experience working in a similar role within a legal setting
* Private client experience is not required as training can be provided
* Ability to offer clear, sensitive and commercially sound advice to clients
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied and time‑sensitive workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clientsGood attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
