The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.
Use innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
Assess, record, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each childs academic and personal development.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best possible education for every child.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
Experience in primary education (EYFS, KS1, or KS2) is desirable, but we also welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
