Due to continued growth driven by strong client relationships and recent client wins, DAC Beachcroft's Casualty Injury team is looking for talented Paralegals. Our team focuses on employers' liability and public liability claims, with claims valued up to £100k. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and supportive team, handling a diverse range of EL/PL claims and making a real impact.
By joining our team you will develop technical expertise in EL/PL personal injury claims, understand the litigation process, enhance time‑management skills and build valuable legal connections. What you will do
* Ensure claims are progressed proactively and efficiently to conclusion.
* Engage with the training provided and support given to new starters to assist in legal development and the litigation process.
* With support, devise clear case strategies, balancing the commercial interests of the firm and the client.
* Ensure work meets client needs, firm’s commercial requirements and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other teams, building an internal network of contacts.
* Apply current technical expertise and case law to each claim, while maintaining and developing knowledge through training and reading relevant publications.
* Engage with clients and support business‑development plans to maximise opportunities and act as an ambassador of the firm.
Who you are
* Paralegals with 0–1+ years experience in a similar role, ideally with EL/PL experience; alternative backgrounds such as claimant, motor, disease, pre‑litigated defendant work, clinical negligence, profin etc. are welcome.
* Good organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and meet conflicting demands; strong work ethic.
* Ability to produce high‑quality work with excellent attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic about joining a well‑established Casualty Injury (EL/PL) team and building a future with DAC Beachcroft.
