BANK VACANCY
A vacancy has arisen at Bournemouth Hospital for an administrator working as part of a small team to provide efficient administrative support to the Consultant Histopathologists.
Responsibilities
* Provide a full administrative service and assist in the organisation of the Consultant Histopathologists' workload.
* Produce medical correspondence, including patient-related documents, data entry into the laboratory computer system, and specialised reports.
* Deal with enquiries, by telephone and in person, from parties internal and external to the Trust.
Requirements / Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise and organise their own workload.
* Confidence in dealing with colleagues, GPs, clinicians, etc.
* Attention to detail, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00
* Base Location: Bournemouth Hospital
