What You Need
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - applications from ECTs are encouraged
A solid understanding of the Primary curriculum and Key Stage 2 expectations

Evidence (or potential) of delivering 'Good' or 'Outstanding' teaching
A positive attitude and commitment to professional growth
