As our People Partner you will assist the Head of People in ensuring that we have a high performing efficient People Team that is responsive to the needs of the organisation and provides an outstanding customer focussed service to colleagues, from both an employee and a managerial perspective. You will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of measures that create a positive employee relations environment at all levels and support managers in managing any issues that arise in a fair and constructive manner. You will comply and act in accordance with relevant legislation, Platfform Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Information Security.
