• A leading UK life insurer is looking to hire a Principal Reinsurance Structuring Actuary to take a core role in shaping funded reinsurance execution across a major BPA franchise. The role The Senior Structuring Manager will help lead the execution of funded reinsurance arrangements and longevity swap novations, working closely with BPA Deals, CIO, Finance, Risk, Tax and Reinsurance Operations. The remit includes shaping reinsurance frameworks, supporting counterparty approvals, and taking ownership of legal documentation - an area where actuarial expertise combined with contract fluency is particularly valued.
