Role Purpose
We are a specialist SEN education organisation working exclusively with neurodiverse children and young people. The Senior SEN Lead role exists to provide strategic oversight, senior professional judgement, and quality assurance across all SEN provision within SENbrook.
This role requires significant, demonstrable SEN expertise and is not suitable for general education professionals without senior SEN experience.

Core Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance for SEN provision across the organisation
2. Set, maintain, and uphold clear standards for SEN support
3. Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-need learner profiles
4. Provide senior oversight andfinal approvalof tutor suitability following recruitment screening
5. Review tutor CVs, experience, and SEN backgrounds to ensure alignment with SENbrook standards
6. Participate in senior-level interviews where required
7. Ensure consistent, ethical, and well-documented SEN decision-making
