What does the role involve?
Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and testing, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you.
This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2-year program, you'll work with global colleagues, interact with senior management, and have a dedicated mentor. You'll attend global summits, take on key rotations and handle high-profile projects. This program is more than just work, it's a transformative journey filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences that will shape your perspective as a budding professional.
We offer different development tracks tailored to multiple disciplines:
Business Track
1. 12 months as an Account Manager or Field Engineer in GB.
2. 3 months on an operational project in Northern Europe office: either Sweden/Denmark/Finland or Ireland. This could be within, HR, finance, marketing or engineering.
3. 6 months on a strategic project at regional headquarters in Manchester, GB.
4. 3 months on an international project outside the region. If you’ve come from a mature market, you’ll work in an emerging market, and vice versa.
5. Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
Logistics
6. 3-4 months in an operational role within logistics in GB
7. 2-3 months for an intro & project in global logistics (Liechtenstein)
8. 14 months in operational rotations and projects within warehousing, transportations or other supply chain business units
9. 4 months in a strategic project
10. Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
Finance Track – Option 1
11. 12 months as an Account Manager in GB
12. 3 months in a Finance project in GB
13. 6 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in GB
14. 3 months in a Finance project in another country
15. Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
Finance Track – Option 2
16. 3-6 months in an Accounting & Shared Services rotation in GB
17. 6-9 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in GB
18. 3 months in a Credit & Collection rotation in GB
19. 3 months in a Finance project in GB
20. 6 months in a defined project in another country
21. Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
What you need is:
22. You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2026, with a Master’s degree or PhD. Your degree is relevant to the track you're applying to.
23. You’ve spent at least three months in an international environment, working or studying.
24. You have less than 3 years of full-time professional experience.
25. You’re multilingual - at least fluent in English and at least one other language (or willing to learn another language).
26. You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen for intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad.
27. You have a full, clean, manual UK Drivers License.

28. Hilti Summit - 4 - 5 days at our headquarters in Schaan (Liechtenstein) for a global view of our business

30. Leadership Course & Summit - a course at a renowned European business school, as well as a 5-day on-site summit

Process

This recruitment process consists of a minimum of 2 interviews and an Assessment Centre.
