Hours: 24/7 Shift Pattern - 2 Days, 2 Nights, followed by 4 days off
Your new role:
1. Be the first point of contact for Exponential-e customers.
2. Manage support tickets and drive customer issues to resolution internally or via suppliers.
3. Provide 1st and 2nd Line remote desktop support to customers as needed.
