What you will be doing in this role:
The Junior Monitoring Analyst is an entry-level position involving monitoring the production of the BSR portfolio, including Solar PV and BESS, using monitoring systems to identify and log potential issues. The role includes investigating root causes and supporting operations and account management teams with information for field service teams and stakeholders. This position offers exposure to the renewable industry, aiming to ensure maximum plant availability and quick issue identification.
What we need from you:
* Monitoring O&M sites with BSR Monitoring systems.
* Logging and updating issues systematically on the ticketing system.
* Producing summary reports of issues.
* Sharing knowledge with the O&M team, site, and office to promote best practices.
* Supporting diagnosis of issues via monitoring systems.
* Assisting with data analysis for reporting.
* Liaising with service providers and DNOs.
* Supporting equipment calibrations when needed.
* Contributing to the development of O&M and quality management systems.
* Participating in out-of-hours 'On Call' duties.
* Planning shifts and out-of-hours phone coverage to ensure 7-day monitoring.
