Overview
Hours: 8:30am- 6pm (Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays may be required). Competitive Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our commission scheme.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Build to Rent Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the leasing of high-quality rental properties within our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio across London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sector and work in a customer-focused, modern lifestyle rental environment.
As a Build To Rent Lettings Negotiator, you will:
* Qualify new applicants and guide them through the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement and move in.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of our BTR developments and amenities.
* Handle inbound inquiries and generate interest through proactive marketing and networking.
* Negotiate tenancy terms to secure the best outcome for both Landlord and Tenant.
* Conduct referencing checks and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation is met.
* Deliver exceptional service to applicants, residents, and landlords.
* Manage client expectations effectively, aiming to exceed them every time.
* Collaborate with the BTR in-house teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
* Introduce new business opportunities
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in lettings, sales or a customer-facing sales role - BTR experience is advantageous but not necessary.
* Strong negotiation and sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* A proactive and driven attitude with a passion for property.
* Knowledge of relevant rental legislation and compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
