Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a User Experience Designer to support the creation of clear, accessible, and user‑centred digital services across the public sector. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help shape intuitive interfaces, improve user journeys, and ensure that services meet the needs of citizens and stakeholders. You will be involved in research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, contributing to the design of impactful and inclusive user experiences.
* Work with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and define design requirements
* Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to support new features and service enhancements
* Conduct usability testing and analyse user feedback to guide iterative improvements
* Support the refinement of existing user journeys, interfaces, and interaction patterns
* Keep informed about design best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging tools and techniques relevant to public‑sector digital services

Bachelors Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
* Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
* Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile development environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Experience with front‑end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries.
* Background in human‑computer interaction or a related field.
* Experience with user research methods.
