Job Title - Advanced Aesthetic Therapist\n\nLocation - Central London\n\nShift - Monday to Friday, 42 Hours\n\nType - Full Time Permanent Position\n\nSalary - £30,000 - £35,000\n\nLeo Recruits are searching for an Advanced Aesthetic Therapist with a minimum NVQ Level 3, preferred NVQ Level 4 qualification and experience working in an aesthetics clinic. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled practitioner with a deep understanding of a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, radio-frequency devices, and complex skin rejuvenation procedures.\n\nThe Advanced Aesthetic Therapist position is a multifaceted role that involves;\n\n * Handling reception duties - Managing phone calls\n\n * Taking payments - Addressing new patient inquiries\n\n * Booking appointments - Providing general information\n\n * Welcoming patients - Performing various administrative tasks\n\n * Assisting the senior doctor when needed\n\nAdvanced Aesthetic Therapist Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver radio-frequency treatments for both face and body\n\n * Perform a wide range of laser procedures, including skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, pigmentation correction, vascular treatments, and texture improvement using state-of-the-art technology\n\n * Perform laser hair removal sessions\n\n * Design and administer customised facial treatments\n\n * Conduct thorough skin consultations and new patient assessments, creating personalised treatment plans\n\n * Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Obagi and iS Clinical products, providing informed recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes and support patient skincare regimes\n\n * Work closely with our medical team, including providing assistance to our Medical Director when required\n\n * Efficiently organise and manage your own workload, maintaining exemplary time management to meet the demands of a busy clinic environment\n\n * Effectively sell treatments and products\n\nAdvanced Aesthetic Therapist Requirements:\n\n * NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent\n\n * Significant experience in an aesthetics/ beauty clinic (5 years), with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments\n\n * In-depth knowledge of laser and radio-frequency devices\n\n * Competence in performing skin consultations and developing treatment plans\n\n * Familiarity with Obagi and iS Clinical products is preferred\n\n * Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently\n\n * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide outstanding patient care\n\n * Proven ability to sell treatments and products, with a patient-centred approach\n\nWhy Join this Client?\n\nThe Advanced Aesthetic Therapist position is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a high-caliber medical aesthetic clinic.
