Service Delivery Manager - FinTech
Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing FinTechs and, with hybrid working in central London, are looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager.
This is an initial 6 month FTC, with a pro-rated salary of £70K.
You’ll focus on delivering high service quality and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
You’ll be the primary post-implementation contact for customers, manage service performance and act as the voice of the customer internally to deliver a seamless service.
This is a hands-on role covering service delivery, account management, operational oversight, and coordination of projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Service Management or similar
* Experience managing B2B client relationships
* Solid understanding of ITIL principles
* Experience in incident and problem management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
