Job Specification
1. Diagnose and repair boiler breakdowns efficiently across our full coverage area.
2. Complete remedial work on existing installations to uphold quality standards.
3. Apply electrical knowledge, including fault‑finding on 230 V controls, wiring heating systems from scratch, and working with smart systems like Hive.
4. Effectively diagnose and resolve system circulation issues.
5. Replace 2/3‑port valves, pumps, and occasionally TRVs, preferring techniques such as system bungs or depressurisation over full drain‑downs when appropriate.
6. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
7. Drive extensively between appointments, with route support provided by our logistics team.
8. Offer additional services and works to customers with commission opportunities.
What We Need From You
1. A valid and up‑to‑date Gas Safe registration card.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling boiler breakdowns / installations.
3. A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
4. Punctuality, strong organisational skills, and keen attention to detail.
5. Exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance, self‑motivation, and a positive attitude.
