A cladding, façade & architectural metalwork contractor in Hertfordshire is currently looking for an Estimator to join their growing team.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
* Estimating cladding, façade & architectural metalwork packages.
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of specialist packages.
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation to assess project requirements.
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain quotations and pricing information.
* Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the tender process.
* Assisting with cost planning, value engineering, and budget management where required.
