We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
Field Service Engineer - Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: East Kilbride, Glasgow, UK
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of the area who will travel around the surrounding regions to service machines.
We pride ourselves on impressing our customers and colleagues. Your role will involve multitasking and using your initiative to ensure our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, turning first-time customers into loyal clients.

The role requires working 45 hours per week, five days out of seven. The starting salary is £28,782 annually. After completing probation, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, often around £400.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenish and restock machines
* Carry out preventative maintenance within a designated territory
* Complete site surveys for new machine installations
* Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Handle cash removals and deposits
* Perform repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Support or cover for other field engineers as needed
* Build positive relationships with concession partner colleagues
* Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and leave machines in better condition than found
