What you’ll be doing:
* Support & Care: Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access learning and shine in class.
* Adapt & Assist: Work alongside teachers to put tailored learning plans into action.
* Engage & Encourage: Keep pupils on track with clear guidance and positivity.
* Calm & Confident: Use positive behaviour strategies to de-escalate challenges.
* Connect & Communicate: Build great relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* Nurture & Include: Help create a classroom where every child feels safe, seen, and supported.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar)
✔️ A patient, empathetic approach and flexible mindset
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ A valid DBS (or willingness to get one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
