Our client is a global shopper & commerce agency that delivers value by working with major brand owners and their strategic partners to develop and implement marketing communications creatively and efficiently at scale worldwide. A key part of a global agency network that employs over 50000 people, they are growing significantly and have recently redeveloped their EMEA headquarters in central London. Due to new pitch wins and the expansion of several global accounts (huge market leading global FMCG and retail brands), they are now seeking to appoint a Senior 3D Designer (hybrid with 2 days in the central London office) whose primary responsibility will be the generation of 2D & 3D in-store concepts, POS and key visuals.
As a Senior 3D Designer with Cinema 4D experience, your primary responsibility will be the generation of concepts and visual designs relating to in-store comms. You will need to be comfortable working up 2D assets and using these to create 3D visuals in Cinema 4D (C4D) and you will need an understanding of the commercial viability of POS/POP structures.
You will have an active interest in retail/shopper marketing and be able to deliver commercially focused creative work of the highest standard. It is
imperative
that you have some experience of temporary (cardboard) POS to be considered for this role and additional experience of semi-perm & perm retail POS/POP or experiential would be beneficial.
The broader opportunity is to work across brand, category and omnichannel shopper & commerce led projects with a store first approach.
As an experienced instore / retail 3D creative with Cinema 4D experience, you'll be a self-starter and form a strong working relationship with internal Project / Account Management teams and Creative leadership. You will have some understanding of structural design retailing to retail POS/POP and you will have a portfolio that shows a variety of relevant work across multiple FMCG & retail sectors.

* Support other team members in the pursuit of delivering the highest standard of service to the client
Skills and Experience required:
* Experience of multi-channel retail marketing practices and POS/POP (point of sale) and able to work across 2D & 3D assets.
* Display an understanding of structural design, print, production and digital media
* IT literate and fully conversant with
Adobe CC & Cinema 4D
* Ability to provide commercial creative solutions quickly and effectively
* Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver effectively
* Knowledge of artwork and production process
* Strong team player with good planning and organising skills
