Strategic Sourcing Manager (x4)
We are looking for a commercially astute Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and deliver high‑value procurement strategies across a complex, regulated environment for a major infrastructure client.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end procurement activity for high‑value, complex contracts (often £100 m+).
* Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business priorities and market conditions.
* Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and supply‑chain innovation.
* Manage supplier relationships and support long‑term performance and value delivery.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across project delivery, finance, legal, and operations.
* Ensure full compliance with governance, regulatory, and procurement processes.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in strategic sourcing or category management within complex environments.
* Proven track record managing large‑scale procurement and supplier negotiations.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑value setting.
* MCIPS (or working towards) preferred.
NEC contract experience and complex infrastructure project experience would be advantageous.
Regular travel to the London office (once per week) and to other sites every 4–6 weeks.
