We are looking for a well‑organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the General Surgery team within Digestive Diseases, as a Senior Admissions Coordinator. This post will include a wide range of duties including the booking of patients' surgery, liaising with consultant surgeons and organising pre‑operative appointments.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage patients' surgery dates in line with Trust policies and procedures.
* Manage surgical waiting lists and coordinate theatre bookings to ensure timely, safe and efficient care.
* Work closely with consultants, clinical teams and administrative colleagues to support the delivery of high‑quality patient pathways in line with Trust policies, national waiting‑time standards and cancer targets.
